The Lahore Fort, locally referred to as the Shahi Qila. It is located in the northwestern corner of the Walled City of Lahore in Iqbal Park, which is one of the largest urban parks in Pakistan.It was built during the reign of Mughal Emperor Akbar between 1556–1605 It was regularly upgraded by subsequent Mughal rulers and after the fall of the Mughal Empire. It has two gates. One of the gates built by Aurangzeb is called Alamgiri gate that opens towards Badshahi mosque and another older gate built by Akbar is called Maseet or Masjidi gate. Some of the famous sites inside the fort include Sheesh Mahal, Alamgiri Gate, Naulakha Pavilion, and Moti Masjid.

The Tomb of Allama Muhammad Iqbal is a simple but impressive structure located in Iqbal Park in Lahore, Punjab. TheTomb of Muhammad Iqbal lies beside the Badshahi mosque on one side. Allama Iqbal was a great poet of this world.He was one of the major inspirations behind the Pakistan Movement, and is revered in Pakistan as Muffakir-e-Pakistan (The Thinker of Pakistan) or Shir-e-Mashriq (The Poet of the East). Iqbal died on 21 April 1938 in Lahore at the age of 60.

Iqbal Park is one of the largest urban parks in Pakistan in the Hazuri Bagh lawn between the Badshahi Mosque and the Lahore Fort.Thousands of visitors come to the mausoleum every day to pay their respects to the poet-philosopher.Masoleum of great poet is built from red sand stone.This red sandstone was brought from Jaipur and building marble from Makrana.Every year the mausoleum attracts a number of dignitaries, notables, and Muslim countries delegations, members of diplomatic corps, who pay their homage.
Badshahi mosque
Badshahi mosque is opposite of Lahore fort..The Badshahi Mosque (بادشاھی مسجد), or the 'Emperor's Mosque', was built in 1673 by the Mughal Emperor Aurangzeb Alamgir in Lahore,Punjab the province of Pakistan.This is juma masjid.
It is the second largest mosque in Pakistan and the seventh largest mosque in the world. It is Lahore's most iconic and famous landmark and a major tourist attraction. The minarets are 196 feet (60 m) tall. The Badshahi mosque Mosque is one of the most famous Mughal structures.The mosque is located in the Walled City of Lahore, Pakistan, just opposite to the Alamgiri Gate of the Lahore Fort. The Tomb of Muhammad Iqbal lies beside the mosque on one side.These three wonderful structures are dignity of Lahore city.
